The vampires raced down the basement stairs to see a girl crashing through the wall. She sprung up, only to be restrained. "Let me at her!" she complained, squirming. "Her stupidity made me a vampire!"
"We survived right? You tore off my arm, we're even!" snapped the newborn vampire who'd thrown her, glaring through the hole.
Her dust covered friend fidgeted uncomfortably at this remark. "It can be reattached… we're even if you buy me blood pops."
